By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the other policies displayed on our website.

Products

We take reasonable care to accurately represent our products, including their colours, fabrics, prints, embellishments, measurements, and design details.

However, actual colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings.

Many Earlybirds garments use natural and premium fabrics, embroidery, lace, prints, embellishments, and artisanal detailing. Minor variations in texture, weave, print placement, colour, or detailing may occur and are part of the individual character of the garment rather than necessarily being considered defects.

Please refer to the Earlybirds Size Guide before ordering.

Fit may vary slightly depending on the child's measurements, fabric, design, and silhouette.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the Earlybirds website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

Earlybirds reserves the right to revise product prices and promotions at its discretion. This will not ordinarily affect orders already successfully confirmed, except in cases of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Payments

Earlybirds currently accepts prepaid orders only.

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay using the payment options enabled at checkout.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been generated.

Earlybirds reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.

If Earlybirds cancels a successfully paid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All Earlybirds website content, including our brand name, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, artwork, designs, logos, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Earlybirds.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior permission.
